G N Amarnath is an Engineer by profession. A Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Communications) from the Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan (Mysore University) and a Master of Technology, Indian Institute Of Technology, Chennai. He has worked both in India and abroad in various capacities. He has worked at Bharath Electronics, India, for about 10 years in various capacities, as Deputy Manager/Senior Engineer, and was responsible for the development and design of HF Radio Communication Equipment and System. He has designed various communication modules, some of which are–Multiloop Frequency Synthetiser, CPU Card for front panel control, etc.
He was also involved in communications with customers, participation in users trails, as well as project management. Subsequently, he worked in Australia for about seven years in the National Acoustic Laboratory, a research wing of Australian Hearing Services, a corporation owned by the Government of Australia, engaged in providing hearing loss rehabilitation services to the Australian public, as a member of research team was engaged in the development of better assistive listening devices (hearing Aids) protective devices, and adoptive noise cancellation techniques. After his stint in Australia, he has been managing the business affairs both at Bharathi Mediscribe Private Limited and Bharathi Info & Power Systems Private Limited. He will lead the production process and quality initiatives at Bharathi Info & Power Systems. |
