G L Muddegowda is the Chairperson of the Bharathi Group of Companies. He is and has been a hugely successful entrepreneur all through his life and has flagged off a number of successful business ventures like Bharathi Exports- A Export House Of Coffee & Gherkins, Bharathi Coffee Curing, Bharathi Nursing Home-Healthcare Provider, Bharathi Mediscribe - A Medical Transcription Company and Bharathi Info & Power Systems - A Information Technology Enabled Service Provider. He is widely respected in the industry for his vast managerial skills and his unflinching drive to succeed against all odds.

G N Amarnath is an Engineer by profession. A Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Communications) from the Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan (Mysore University) and a Master of Technology, Indian Institute Of Technology, Chennai. He has worked both in India and abroad in various capacities. He has worked at Bharath Electronics, India, for about 10 years in various capacities, as Deputy Manager/Senior Engineer, and was responsible for the development and design of HF Radio Communication Equipment and System. He has designed various communication modules, some of which are–Multiloop Frequency Synthetiser, CPU Card for front panel control, etc.

He was also involved in communications with customers, participation in users trails, as well as project management. Subsequently, he worked in Australia for about seven years in the National Acoustic Laboratory, a research wing of Australian Hearing Services, a corporation owned by the Government of Australia, engaged in providing hearing loss rehabilitation services to the Australian public, as a member of research team was engaged in the development of better assistive listening devices (hearing Aids) protective devices, and adoptive noise cancellation techniques. After his stint in Australia, he has been managing the business affairs both at Bharathi Mediscribe Private Limited and Bharathi Info & Power Systems Private Limited. He will lead the production process and quality initiatives at Bharathi Info & Power Systems.

A doctor by profession, he has made his name in the healthcare industry as a surgeon of repute and an able administrator. He is also the managing director at Bharathi Nursing Home for the last 16 year, which speaks in itself of his management and surgical capabilities.

A Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Communication) from Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan, is currently serving as the Technical Director at Bharathi Mediscribe Private Limited, has the right skills and experience to head both the Purchase and Marketing departments at Bharathi Info & Power Systems. He has previously worked with Advanced Micronic Devices Limited, from 1988 to 1996, in various capacities, as a Production Engineer, Quality-In-Charge, Manager Operations & Materials Management, and in Technical Sales, as also with Connoisseur Electronics Private Limited, an ISO 9001:2000 company, from 1996 to 1999, as Manager–Sales & Technical Support. The vast industry experience gained over the last two decades will go a long way in defining success at Bharathi Info & Power Systems.

Business success in any business venture is defined by proper management of finance and administration. Mr. Narendra, a Science graduate, with additional Diploma in Personnel and Industrial Relations, has vast industry knowledge acquired over the last three decades will ensure proper and judicious execution of this important function in the organization. Mr. Narendra joined as Executive Director of Bharathi Infobuilders Private Limited. In 2002, and presently is lending his might as Director – Administration & Finance.

He has been previously associated with one of the most successful business stories among the public companies, the Bharathi Earth Movers Ltd as a Senior Accounts officer, for over three decades, and has worked in various departments like Purchase, Accounts, and Human Resource. His stint with BEML has nurtured him to manage any of the important functions of business management. He has also served as an executive member of Cosmopolitan Club, is the secretary of PALS association and also is serving as the secretary of the BEML Carpool Officers Association.
